Weatherford is looking for a Commercial Finance / Commercial Operations professional to support tendering, contract management, and commercial governance for the Oil & Gas business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle from ITB to final submission
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams for bid support
• Handle contract review, variations, claims, and close-out activities
• Maintain compliance for tender bonds, PB, LC, and audit-ready records
• Track opportunities through Salesforce, prepare bids in XaitPorter, and manage documentation on Microsoft SharePoint
• Support commercial risk management and dispute resolution
• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for documentation and contract summaries

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or Commerce
• 5+ years of commercial experience, with minimum 2 years in Oil & Gas tender and contract management
• Experience in multinational / regional commercial teams
• Strong understanding of contract clauses, tender workflow, and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tenders under tight deadlines
