MEP BIM Leader

Location: Ireland

Pay Rate: €100,000 - €110,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP BIM Leader to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the MEP BIM team and overseeing the implementation of BIM processes and technologies on a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP BIM team, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful BIM implementation
• Review and analyze BIM models for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM processes and technologies
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in BIM technology

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP BIM leadership roles
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
