This Position reports to:
HR Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Switzerland. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in CH and HQ
• Process and manage electronic employee data files
• Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events
• Support the family allowance process
• Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely handling of HR data

Requirements

• Active student status
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Interest in HR administration and operations
• Basic knowledge of SAP or HR systems is a plus, but not required
