Sous la responsabilité du service des ressources humaines, vous agirez en véritable partenaire des équipes opérationnelles et contribuerez activement à la stratégie RH :
- Aider à définir les besoins en recrutement, piloter le processus de recrutement, organiser l'accueil et l'intégration des nouvelles recrues, et proposer une stratégie de développement de la marque employeur
- Accompagner les managers sur toutes les questions liées aux ressources humaines (recrutement, gestion des talents, droit du travail, performance, organisation et questions disciplinaires)
- Superviser les processus RH relevant de votre domaine de compétence (entretiens d'évaluation, plans de développement, gestion de carrière) et garantir la fiabilité de la base de données RH
- Préparer et participer aux audits de certification
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan de formation en accord avec la stratégie de l'entreprise
- Participer aux projets de gestion du changement et de transformation
- Suivre les indicateurs RH et proposer des initiatives d'amélioration
- Contribuer au dialogue social et garantir un environnement de travail positif
- Mettre en œuvre des politiques RH cohérentes avec la stratégie de l'entreprise
Qui êtes-vous :
- À moyen terme (environ 3 ans), vous souhaitez évoluer vers un poste de responsable des ressources humaines avec un champ de responsabilité plus large, incluant la gestion d'équipe et la supervision de la politique RH.
Pour ce poste, vous devrez:
- Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines
- Expérience réussie de 3 à 7 ans sur un poste de HRBP ou généraliste RH
- Excellente compréhension des enjeux business et forte capacité d'influence
- Solides connaissances en droit du travail
