Working within a multicultural and matrix organization, you will contribute to complex EPC developments covering subsea (SURF/SPS), topside modifications, and drilling activities, ensuring optimized planning, risk control, and coordination across multiple contractors and project phases.
Job Description
- Develop, update, and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
- Analyze delays, perform schedule simulations, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate planning interfaces between multiple contractors and project packages (SURF, SPS, topside, drilling)
- Review and challenge contractors' schedules, procedures, and progress reports
- Define and track planning KPIs; report progress and risks to management
- Ensure alignment between planning, cost control, and contract change orders
- Support tender preparation (CFT), schedule reviews, and risk analysis
- Contribute to lessons learned (REX) and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies
- Experience in offshore and EPC project environments
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in multicultural and international settings
- Fluent English (mandatory); French and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Willingness to travel and undertake international assignments (including Angola)
Additional Information
The position is primarily based in:
- Paris (La Défense), France at the start
- With a potential relocation to Luanda, Angola at a later stage
