Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist 2 to join our team in Raleigh, United States. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project goals are met
• Provide guidance and support to junior project controls specialists

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
