This Position reports to:
Inside Sales Manager, Canada

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

This role is contributing to the Emergency Lighting division and is located in Dorval.

The work model for the role is hybrid (3 days per week at the office).

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Order management
  • Maintain a constant and direct communication with the Customer so that orders come in with all the complete and correct data and are processed quickly.
  • Contact customer (if necessary) and document communications
  • Ensure that return RMA is edited and processed promptly
  • Take necessary actions to ensure special requirement implementation
  • Document and communicate to customer any order modifications
  • Interface with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning their order / delivery status
  • Investigate and resolve order entry error messages

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bilingualism is essential (French/English). English is necessary to communicate with clients outside Quebec.
  • Proficiency office software
  • SAP and SFDC an Asset
