Job Description

The scope of services includes Project Management Consultancy works for IOCL Project, based at Faridabad, Haryana, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.

Responsibilities

• Overall control of site execution jobs, Construction Management, Supervision and Co- ordination of Mobilization of the contractor at site and succeeding execution works.
• Regularly monitoring the availability of sufficient resources at site and following up for augmentation in case of need.
• Resident Construction Manager will be responsible for supervision / co-ordination with technical and construction team during construction and commissioning phase.
• Daily meeting with client.
• Daily site meetings.
• Daily process meetings.
• Organization of team, site and documents including management of safety, quality control, contract and budget.
• Directly Associated with civil Department Engineers for deliverable from civil department.
• Associated with client Engineers to address day to day requirement of projects including maintenance facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Overall minimum 15 years' experience with Industrial building projects
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role
