In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform workstation tasks in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct total quality checks to verify parts before and after assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Meet assigned manufacturing cycle times to support production schedules.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Support Lean Manufacturing practices, including in‑process material flow systems.
• Identify and report discrepancies, defects, or improvement opportunities related to materials, methods, or equipment.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Validate approved chemicals and equipment prior to use at workstations.
• Support inventory accuracy by participating in cycle count activities.
• Provide suggestions to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support operational and team objectives.
• Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment. Not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that endanger peers or oneself. Reporting unsafe work conditions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Primary or secondary education or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to perform work requiring visual accuracy, color differentiation, and hearing awareness in a production environment
• Willingness to cross‑train and support different workstations as business needs evolve
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse production team
• Clear communication skills to support safe and efficient operations

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience supporting or leading a production line or small team.
• Experience operating automated machines or manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with quality tools or measurement equipment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry or system use.
• Ability to communicate in English within a workplace setting.
