SLB is seeking an organized and operations-focused Storekeeper to join our Nisku facility. This role is responsible for executing daily warehouse and inventory activities in compliance with company policies, QHSE requirements, and established procedures. The Storekeeper ensures effective control of material flow through accurate receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of inventory, while supporting safe, efficient, and well-maintained warehouse operations. The Storekeeper works closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy within SAP, and support business continuity. This role is ideal for a structured, hands-on individual who values discipline in processes, can manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Comply with applicable company policies including, but not limited to, personnel and QHSE.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow and storage for the warehouse and other inventory areas.
  • Perform inspecting, labelling, receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal of inventory items.
  • Manage shipping and receiving of all shipments to the facility (after hours and weekend deliveries included).
  • Accept supplier deliveries, verifying items received are in suitable condition and match the packing list and/or purchase order and report discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure outgoing inventory items are suitably packed and issued with correct and complete documentation.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments with operations planning and scheduling with logistics.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping within the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
  • Perform cycle counts and annual physical count.
  • Execute relevant inventory transactions and maintain timely input to the Warehouse Management System (SAP) and ensure accurate stock transaction records.
  • Aim for continuous improvement and regular use of Lean tools such as 5S audit to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly compliance audits and inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of materials management processes, systems and organization interactions.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Commitment to customer service and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives.
  • Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.
