Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support ABB's operations, collaborate with leaders and teams, and contribute to the company's strategic goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Market mapping and building a partner network in the assigned sales area
- Active sales of the service portfolio and projects from ABB's Service division
- Collaboration with the entire team to deliver the best and most tailored offers to customers in the assigned region
- Regular work reporting and active progress tracking
Requirements:
- Highly developed communication skills, experience in conducting presentations (sales/conference)
- Technical education background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in sales activities on the Polish market - an advantage
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to report work concisely, present key conclusions, and define action plans
