Which organization will you join as a Package Instrumentation Engineer?

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the energy sector, a Package Instrumentation Engineer, based in Nanterre.

Package Instrumentation Engineer: What will your missions and responsibilities be?
  • Work primarily on large rotating equipment packages
  • Evaluate supplier offers
  • Participate in clarification meetings (internal/vendors/client) and reviews (HAZOP / SIL)
  • Follow up vendors and their technical documentation
  • Ensure integration of packages into the overall plant design and coordinate with other disciplines
  • Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) in France or abroad

What profile and skills are required for this Package Instrumentation Engineer position?
  • Strong expertise with large equipment used in LNG trains
  • In-depth knowledge of instrumentation (valves, transmitters, analyzers, fire & gas systems, etc.) and control/safety systems
  • Proven experience in instrumentation integration within packages (P&IDs, instrument and I/O lists, installation constraints, functional analysis, alarm rationalization, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of applicable codes and standards (API, IEC, ISO, etc.)
  • Knowledge of US standards is a plus
  • Autonomous, strong communication skills, fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat
