Votre mission
Management & Coordination of SMART Team resources and workload.
Responsible of work performed by SMART Team and Campaign team.
Responsible for Middle and long-term planning management in support to the planner.
Advice Planning Team of useful information concerning SMART Team in order to optimize scheduling.
Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with TEPDK and NorSPIE HSEQ Requirements and Rules.
Ensures that TEPDK and NorSPIE HSEQ Policies and regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his/her responsibility.
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the assets to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity.
Participates in the continuous improvement of NorSPIE Integrated Management System:
Leads or participates in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) following HSE incidents or Quality non conformities and ensures effective implementation and follow up of all corrective and preventive actions.
Maintains and updates all documents within his/her area of responsibility.
Take particular attention to the planning linked to the SECE equipment.
Organizes the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility (Campaigns, shutdowns, temporary reinforcements as required, ...).
Maintenance activities planning and work preparation is provided by the Preparation Team.
Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC) linked to his activities,
Manages interventions using the CMMS and checks intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
Ensure the provision of adequate tools and equipment to carry out his teams works,
Reviews WO with Preparation team works in case of doubts,
Monitors the functioning of utilities and equipment placed under his responsibility,
Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in this himself,
Carries out any intervention within his field of competence.
Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.
Review on a daily basis with the CSR or the OIM the needs to carry out works according to planning.
Continuous Improvement
Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements,
Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance program and, if need be, suggests improvements,
Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts,
Suggests improvements and requests modifications.
Votre profil
Demonstrate good sense of organization and team management.
Wide knowledge and background of maintenance activities on offshore oil and gas platform and in particular competence/experience in the relevant specialties (mechanical/fitting, handling, tooling, electricity, instruments).
Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others.
Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
