Job Description
- Ensure availability, integrity, and quality of engineering and asset data across all project phases
- Act as interface between project teams and EPCI/CPI contractors for data management and handover
- Supervise data exchange, validation, and approval processes with contractors and vendors
- Define and implement data management procedures, KPIs, and quality controls
- Manage integration of project data into TotalEnergies' Quantum digital architecture
- Oversee engineering data warehouse (EDW) and project portal usage and optimization
- Support database transitions across engineering, commissioning, and operations phases
- Provide training, coaching, and technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data standards (e.g., CFIHOS, ISO standards) and data security practices
- Contribute to digital tools deployment, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in data or information management within the oil & gas industry
- Strong knowledge of Lifecycle Information Management and Engineering Data Management
- Familiarity with data standards (CFIHOS, ISO 8000/9000)
- Experience with engineering data warehouse systems (e.g., OnePulse) and analytics tools
- Working knowledge of EDMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, Livelink) and CMMS systems
- Understanding of engineering authoring tools (Aveva, SmartPlant, CAD, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and data handling tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills
- Ability to work in multicultural, multi-location project environments
