Role Overview You will enhance the financial performance, valuation, and strategic direction of a multi-market data centre asset portfolio. This involves building financial models, tracking asset performance, and generating insights that drive investment decisions, commercial initiatives, and long-term portfolio planning. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Development, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models, cashflows, and scenario analyses for operational and development-stage data centre assets. Track asset performance and analyse key financial and operational metrics including utilisation, revenue, costs, energy consumption, availability, and PUE. Prepare regular management reports, asset dashboards, valuations, business plans, and board-level presentations. Coordinate with engineering, facilities, finance, and commercial teams to align on asset performance and strategic objectives. Support investment evaluations, pricing assessments, expansion feasibility studies, and lifecycle capex planning. Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic asset decisions and portfolio planning. Contribute to ESG monitoring and sustainability reporting across the portfolio. Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify value-enhancement opportunities and improve asset performance. Support monthly and quarterly asset management reporting and take on ad-hoc analysis or cross-functional project work as required. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in asset management, infrastructure finance, real estate private equity, or data centre finance. Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills. Ability to translate technical and operational inputs into financial insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
