Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES • Ensure all ROV systems and related survey equipment meet OEM, company, and client requirements • Supervise installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of ROV units onboard vessels • Conduct pre- and post-mobilization checks, verifying all systems function properly before deployment • Prepare, review, and submit ROV dossiers and audit documentation for client approval • Monitor ROV operational performance, troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolution with relevant departments • Manage safe mobilization, demobilization, and storage of ROV equipment according to safety protocols • Execute main lift operations and tether terminations while ensuring adherence to HSE requirements • Conduct electrical and hydraulic tests to verify system integrity and readiness for operations • Maintain accurate records of ROV operations, inspections, maintenance, and issues • Attend client inspections onboard, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with requirements • Ensure compliance with internal QA/QC standards and submit R006 audit documentation accurately and on time • Monitor inventory and general housekeeping to maintain system readiness and operational efficiency • Provide guidance and support to ROV operators and technicians, fostering team efficiency and safety • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and recommend improvements for ROV operations

Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent • IMCA ROV certification • ADNOC & ARAMCO approvals preferable • Minimum 08 years' experience in offshore and onshore ROV and offshore vessels operations, including operational and supervisory responsibilities in similar industries
