Job Description

Jobs at this level are engaged in the preparation and compilation of the necessary documents, information & technical/commercial inputs required for the completion of tender proposal. Jobs at this level normally work under broad supervision.

Responsibilities

• Study Tender documents
• Issue Sub-contract bid packages. Evaluate bids and compile Bid Tabulations.
• Review Procurement bid tabulations.
• Liaise with all other Departments/Sections
• Prepare Estimates of all costing
• Prepare Tender Resume for approval
• Prepare a synopsis of the tender requirements
• Attend Client meetings
• Interact with peer level Client staff
• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
• Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals
• Prepare & issue Technical and Commercial Handover of projects awarded

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 05 years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry
