Job Description

Responsible for supervising and participating in the preparation and finalization of various bid proposals through the allocation and co-ordination of bid element activities, ensuring deadlines are met

Responsibilities

Study Tender documents
• Issue Sub-contract bid packages. Evaluate bids and compile Bid Tabulations.
• Review Procurement bid tabulations.
• Liaise with all other Departments/Sections
• Prepare Estimates of all costing
• Prepare Tender Resume
• Prepare a synopsis of the tender requirements
• Attend Client meetings
• Interact with peer level Client staff
• Supervise, guide & appraise staff
• Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
• Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals
• Prepare & issue Technical and Commercial Handover of projects awarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 08 years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry
