Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of wind farm service including all on-site resources, to deliver service to performance standards.

Responsibilities

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible to engage in the operation and maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and the supervision and coordination of one or more wind farms sites:

• Ensure Quality, OH&S and Environmental requirements for site
• Ensure site performance to contractual obligations
• Deliver to site KPI's
• Manage resource planning and liaise across hubs
• Manage general daily on-site issues
• Maintain accurate capacity levelling at site level
• Service Order back-end process (TECO / FICO)
• Manage and coordinate with technicians to ensure all work is performed timely, efficiently, and safely
• Site induction to all Vestas on-site personnel, subcontractors and visitors
• Liaison and communication with on-site employer representatives
• Attending site meetings with client
• Review and approve time sheets, expense reports, leave, overtime and travel requests
• Facilitate Performance & Development dialogues with the technicians
• Escalate and report-out to the Service Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in supervising, leading team members for planning and management of a site
• Experience in maintenance operations, leading as example in 5S and Lean activities
• Service and people management experience in the following industries: wind industry, heavy machinery industry, construction, rotating machinery, chemical refinery, petroleum, shipyard/ship repair, marine industry.

Competencies

• Solid people management, project management and coordination skills
• English language: at least business-level fluency (speaking, reading, writing)
• Supervisory skills in the mechanical, electrical and electronics domain
• Possess a valid driving license in Korea
• Knowledge in SAP
• High level of people management skills
• Fluency in both English and Korean language
• General technical background skills
