About the opportunity we offer:
- Ensure the availability and quality of data for AI and analytics use cases
- Define and implement Data Quality standards across the company
- Support the different data domains on their data quality initiatives by training them to the data quality methodology and informing them about the process to be followed.
- Communicate and raise awareness on data quality issues so that every stakeholder understands the importance of data quality, recognizes data quality issues, and is equipped to address them effectively.
- Assist the Data Governance team in designing workflows for the creation, modification, and deletion of critical referential data to maintain data quality standards.
- Select the appropriate tools for assessing and improving data quality
- Set the overall data Quality strategy
- Work on the implementation of data quality dashboard (on overall DQ criteria including consistency)
- Support the implementation of the data catalog in collaboration with the data catalog team by defining data objects and identifying their sources.
About you:
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or business education with a focus in data management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on data quality aspects
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data classification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English
