In this role, as a Controls Engineer you will designing rotating equipment control system using PRISMIC products and various OEM's PLC's and IED's.

As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing advanced control software for power systems
• Optimising control system network architectures
• Programming PLCs using various OEM software to meet functional requirements.
• Creating configuration files for IEDs using multiple OEM tools.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in PLC/DCS programming and configuring controllers/IEDs; Codesys knowledge is desirable.
• Have knowledge of software-based microsystems/control systems and communication protocols such as Modbus TCP; IEC 61850 and digital substation experience is desirable.
