We are looking for a motivated Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to support the development and execution of maintenance strategies, assist in preventive maintenance review and optimization, contribute to root cause investigations, and support reliability data analysis and KPI tracking to enhance asset performance.
Assist in reviewing and updating preventive maintenance plans and task lists based on equipment history, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices.
Support the development of maintenance strategies and participate in RCM/FMEA workshops to improve asset reliability.
Participate in RCA teams and provide technical input to identify causes of failures and support implementation of corrective actions
Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Corrosion, Metallurgy or related Engineering field.

Professional Certifications:
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) (preferred)
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Relevant experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
- Basic knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA methodologies, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Familiar with Maintenance Systems (SAP, Maximo)
