1. Diversified product portfolio includes SKUs of Lubricants and Greases requiring specific PGENS, formulations with multi packaging options.
2. Supply Perimeter: Supporting Sales / Countries Affiliates, Distributors, Sales Volume
3. Challenging Supply Chain requirements need very agile adjustments for Formulations.
4. Formulation Management:

Product formulations: comprising of additives and Base oils

Product Compliance: International industrial standards (API, ACEA, JASO, ILSAC, GSO etc.)

Certification support: Provision of support required to obtain International Certifications like IATF, ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001:2015/ISO 45001:2018/ISO 50001:2018

1. Manufacturing Support: Enhance/improve quality aspects in TELBU Plant

Activities

1. SAP Material Master:

1. Support the Regional Tech & Manufacturing Support Engineer in code creation/extension/modification/closure, BOM for verification, creation of packaging codes
2. Coordinate with the regional SAP expert team in troubleshooting all the complaints received from the stake holders regarding code management process.

1. SKU management: Complete the DMAIC project. To analyse active SKUs especially to address the recurring problem of MOQs, product and pack rationalisation

1. HS Codes Transition:
   1. Provide HS codes to TELBU Imports & Plant Logistics, Customer Service and Export department at TEMME and TEMQ.
   2. Update the current 8-digit HS code to 12-digit HS code as per UAE customs requirements for all raw materials (base oils, additives), imported Finished goods and manufactured finished products

1. WBF-Formulation Management : Coordinate and assist on updating WBF and linking formulations (PGENs) to LIMS at TELBU

1. Shelf-Life management:
   1. Update the missing shelf-life data for Finished lubricants, greases and Raw materials
   2. Coordinate with QC Lab for testing and extension of shelf-life

1. TELBU Group Audit 2027: Assist in reviewing Technical and Quality ISO procedures. Compilation of necessary documentation ensuring compliance with TE group norms.

1. APQP IATF Documentation for OEMs:
   1. Prepare and compile APQP documents required for IATF norms mainly for Ford, Mitsubishi and other OEMs (Volvo, Scania, Isuzu)
   2. Coordinate with respective departments at TELBU

1. Compilation of OEM CSRs:
   1. Coordinate with OEM regional teams and to collect their CSR requirements.
   2. Ensure compliance of TELBU procedures with the respective CSR requirements.

1. Coordination with Quality Control team:
   1. Follow up with QC Lab regarding lab blends
   2. Prepare and provide control documents to QC Lab for BOM updation in SAP.

1. KISSFLOW and UMDS: Track the progress of new product and pack introduction through KISSFLOW and UMDS processes.

1. TELBU Products ESEC Dashboard: Regular monitoring and updating of compliance dashboard in coordination with TELBU Purchase and Procurement teams.

1. To assist in all the technical activities in the absence of Regional Tech & Manufacturing Support Engineer

Candidate Profile

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineering

Technical skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of lubricants technical aspect and manufacturing support
• Knowledge and understanding of customer specific requirements and APQP process of OEMs is an advantage
• Awareness of Lubricants quality control process

Specific certifications

• ISO 9001, IATF 16949 awareness

Soft skills

• Proficiency in MS office. Power BI and basic SAP Knowledge

Knowledge

• Lubricants and greases product and application knowledge an advantage

Language skills

• Proficiency in English language.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in lubricants industry.
