Owns the GRC metrics framework, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), insights reporting, dashboards and thematic trend analysis. Defines how performance and risk are measured and reported, but does not own source data creation.

Overview

Your role
Key Accountabilities:
- Own metrics framework and KPI/KRI governance.
- Produce dashboards and insights that support leadership decisions.
- Govern data quality and metric validity.
- Lead integrated assurance reporting and trend narrative.
- Challenge metrics that are not decision-useful and recommend refinement.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Build visuals, heatmaps, trend views, and commentary.
- Maintain reporting data models and definitions.
- Support CCM-driven insights and thematic analysis.
About you
- 7-10 years of experience in analytics/GRC insights, metrics design and reporting.
- Bilingualism (French and English)*
- Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Strong analytics, visualisation and reporting.
