About Us
- Контроль деталей сложной конфигурации магнитным методом на стационарных и переносных дефектоскопах непосредственно на агрегатах без их снятия
- Настраивать, калибровать и управлять испытательным оборудованием неразрушающего контроля (ультрафиолетовая лампа, ярмо переменного тока, магнитная катушка постоянного тока, ультразвуковой толщиномер и т.д)
- Ультравзуковое измерение толщины металла
- Определение наличия и размеров зоны расслоений настроенным прибором в диапазоне толщин, предусмотренных дефектоскопом
- Определение дефектов в деталях сложной конфигурации под руководством дефектоскописта более высокой квалификации
- Приготовление магнитных суспензий. Ведение журнала учета
- Проверка правильности показаний глубиномера, проверка дефектоскопов, преобразователей
Требования:
- Мин 3 года стаж работы инспектором по бурильным трубам
- Опыт работы в поле и на базе
- Знание устройства бурильной вышки
- Действующие сертификаты MT, UT, PT
- Стандарт компетенции 4 разряда
- Среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование
- Опыт работы с ПК, составление отчетной документации
