Job description
- Manage and support all administrative tasks in the office.
- Manage and monitor Stocks of materials/equipment, both in warehouses and offices.
- Order materials/equipment as needed for the job.
- Prepare reports, data and presentations
- Maintain/store files, notes, and documents related to meetings.
- Maintain/store files, notes, and documents in the office in an organized manner. It is always safe and ready for use.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or other related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative work or other related jobs
- Good use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Be thorough and have problem-solving skills.
- Moderate understanding of English
- Familiarity with the working environment in an oil depot or construction site (preferred).
