Position Summary:
As a Storekeeper within Emerson's Isolation Valves business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials from receiving through to assembly operations. Based in Saudi Arabia, this role supports manufacturing activities by maintaining accurate inventory, enabling timely kit releases, and upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Through close collaboration with planning, purchasing, quality, and assembly teams, you will help ensure customer commitments are met while contributing to continuous improvement in stores operations.

As a Storekeeper within Emerson's Isolation Valves business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials from receiving through to assembly operations. Based in Saudi Arabia, this role supports manufacturing activities by maintaining accurate inventory, enabling timely kit releases, and upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Through close collaboration with planning, purchasing, quality, and assembly teams, you will help ensure customer commitments are met while contributing to continuous improvement in stores operations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the receipt of incoming materials, verifying quantities and condition, and ensuring accurate system and physical storage updates.
- Coordinate kitting activities in line with work orders and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of components to assembly.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and corrective actions, escalating significant variances as required.
- Support preparation and release of kits for valves, instruments, spare parts, and pick‑and‑pack orders based on customer and production priorities.
- Collaborate with purchasing and quality teams to address non‑conforming materials and ensure resolution before release.
- Maintain accurate handling of scrap, returns, and bulk items to support inventory integrity and replenishment processes.
- Support compliance with trade regulations, internal procedures, and material handling requirements.
- Coordinate with planners, quality, and operations teams to align stores activities with production schedules.
- Maintain organized records and performance metrics to support operational reporting and continuous improvement.
- Promote safe, clean, and efficient working conditions within the stores area, in line with Emerson health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A technical diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in stores, logistics, or manufacturing support.
- Experience supporting inventory control, material handling, or warehouse operations in an industrial environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic material handling processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with manufacturing or engineered products, including valves or similar equipment.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing concepts, such as 5S or continuous improvement practices.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Forklift operation experience or certification, where applicable.
