We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Product Lines - Digital Products reporting directly to Digital Director for T&P to join our Digital Transformation team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the role:

Overview :

The Senior Manager of Product Lines Digital Products will be responsible for driving all aspects of digital product management within their domain. A key focus of this role will be the oversight of the TechnoLink application, a critical tool used by our clients to analyze plant data and optimize operations. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 solutions and digital transformation initiatives will be highly advantageous for this position.

In this role, you will:

- Lead Product Strategy and Execution: Define and manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality digital solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

- Facilitate Agile Processes: Act as a key enabler for agile development, providing clear guidance to squad teams and ensuring efficient workflows to meet project milestones.

- Ensure Architectural Excellence: Oversee the architecture of digital products, ensuring seamless integration of inbound and outbound data flows in compliance with Digiteam standards and best practices.

- Drive Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all product development initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Governance
- Maintain product roadmaps with Product Owners. Manage a team of 3 to 5 people directly, ensuring their skills progression.
- Partner with business teams for initiative prioritization.

Product Delivery
- Translate product strategy into actionable execution.
- Ensure process management, design, and development of digital products focused on user-friendliness, scalability, and security.
- Deliver products within budget and OKRs, ensuring alignment with Digiteam standards.

Domain & Product Management
- Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for products.
- Manage risks, obsolescence, and innovation in alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Support the groups Data strategy by ensuring quality data integration into the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Monitor product performance metrics and communicate updates to stakeholders.

About you:

-Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years in digital project/domain management, with a focus on product development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in the relevant functional domain (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Product/Platform operating models and Agile @scale methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging data & AI technologies, and best practices in product/project management.
