We are looking for a new colleague to join our SAP Hotline team

Do you want to be the person others turn to when they get stuck in SAP? Do you enjoy finding simple solutions and helping people navigate systems? Then you might be the one we're looking for.

Your responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for SAP users and support them when they run into issues
• Assess requests and find quick, practical, and easy-to-understand solutions
• Identify root causes and make sure issues are resolved or properly handed over within the team
• Support the implementation of system changes so everything runs smoothly
• Communicate with colleagues across the company as well as external partners
• Help make SAP more user-friendly and easier to understand for everyone

Work model: hybrid

Who we are looking for

• A secondary school or university background
• Some experience with IT, user support, or working with systems (SAP is a plus) - but if you're a graduate, we're happy to train you
• Czech at C1 level and English at least at B2 level
• A calm, respectful, and patient communication style
• A reliable team player who's comfortable asking questions and helping others
• A structured mindset, basic IT awareness, and a willingness to learn
