Job Description: HR Intern

Position Overview:
Join our HR team as an HR Assistant and play a vital role in supporting employee engagement activities. This entry-level role is perfect for students in their Junior year or fresh graduates eager to launch a career in Human Resources and develop their professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help organize employee training sessions and engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field like psychology , sociology.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Quick learner, able to use logic to solve problems
  • Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Legal right to work
  • Evidence of leadership and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain pace in a fast-demanding environment
  • Willingness to work long hours or balance work while attending school full time
  • Willingness to go above and beyond assigned tasks or responsibilities
