You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates for their open positions. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and provide recruitment services Identify and attract top talent for client positions Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience with recruitment software and tools Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
