Job Description:

As a PM - CSA based in Tulsa, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment services. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates for their open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and provide recruitment services
• Identify and attract top talent for client positions
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with recruitment software and tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
