DOCUMENT CONTROLLER - CONTRACT – SURREY

Our Client, a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore, is currently looking for a Document Controller to join the team in Surrey for a 6 month contract.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Several years of experience in the offshore industry, managing complex construction projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purpose of the position:
As a Project Document Controller, you will execute document management workflow both in Home Office, Construction sites and Fabrication Yards in accordance with methods and procedure and using the Client’s tools.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and update Document Registers (both Client’s and Vendors) and Master Data List activities
- Check quality of document list status, workflows, internal distribution, transmittals, etc.
- Check formal quality of the documents before uploading into EDMS
- Ensure tempestive submission and receipt of documents and proper archiving
- Upload documentation and transmittal to EDMS
- Assist in vendor documentation management
- Assist in system management of Client / Vendor comments and related responses
RATE: Please quote what limited company hourly rate you would be looking for.
DURATION: Start ASAP. 6 month contract.
WORK PATTERN: Hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working at home.
BENEFITS: Limited Company contract Outside IR35.
