Job Description
As an Experienced Field Operations Professional, you are responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. You contribute to service execution, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and actively manage risk during all stages of service delivery. Depending on your role and experience, you may lead crews, operate and maintain equipment, supervise wellsite activities, or act as the primary technical and operational representative on site.

Responsibilities
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
• Execute and support safe and effective service delivery at the wellsite
• Participate in job planning, risk assessments, and operational execution
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to promote products and services
• Ensure company, client, and regulatory compliance through CAT implementation, self assessments, and wellsite inspections
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and support performance improvement action plans
• Actively contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives
• Wear required PPE and consistently observe HSE policies and procedures
• Maintain all mandatory safety, technical, and role specific certifications and training

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Energy Industry (Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or related sectors)
• Proven experience in field operations, wellsite activities, equipment operation, or field supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic in dynamic environments
• Personal commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based, safety-critical environments
• Evidence of leadership, ownership, and accountability appropriate to experience level
