Function Description

As a 2nd Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our vessel's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Operate and maintain vital machinery, from main engines to cable-laying equipment.
• Become a problem-solver, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Take charge of routine inspections, keeping our operations safe and efficient.
• Help us uphold the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer, gaining valuable experience in engine room management.
• Lead and mentor Motormen/Greasers, fostering a strong team environment.
• This role offers a clear path for growth towards a Chief Engineer position.
