Function Description

As a Welder (TIG / ARC), you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring all welding tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your work directly contributes to the success of our projects and helps build strong foundations.

• Carry out TIG and ARC welding in line with approved procedures and site requirements.
• Weld CS, SS, special alloy, and structural components for maintenance and fabrication jobs.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, welding symbols, and job instructions.
• Prepare joints, set up welding equipment, and inspect weld quality before completion.
• Support repair and maintenance work on plant structures, piping systems, and mechanical components.
• Coordinate with fabrication and maintenance teams during daily operations and shutdown activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of welding experience in a steel plant, fabrication shop, or heavy industry.

• Proven experience in TIG and ARC welding.

• Ability to read and understand welding drawings and specifications.

• Experience in structural welding and stainless steel or alloy materials is preferred.
