Description:

Roles in this level have prime responsibility for supervising groups of technicians assigned to various disciplines / areas of work. Their primary responsibility is daily maintenance and upkeep of plant under responsibility and execution of maintenance jobs as per the plan. They are responsible for the quality assurance and safety of work carried out by their groups. They have a significant co-ordination role withend-users for execution of activities. They act as a technical reference point. They must also ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with QAFCO's Occupational Health, Quality, Safety and Environment procedures.

Desired Profile 

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline, preferable Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years proven successful relevant experience in similar roles, preferably Fertilizer
companies.
Having Full understanding of machines, components, types of the inspection, and familiar with
different Machines (Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, Compressor and Gear boxes), also machine’s
auxiliary equipment and static equipment into Compressor House.
Interpretation of machines drawings, clearance data sheet and alignment specifications.
Awareness of machines critical components and handling and rigging precautions
Experience in SAP/4 HANA EAM and Primavera P6 is an advantage
