Description :

Roles at this level will have prime responsibility to Coordinate all required Materials for the Turnaround.

Assist the maintenance with tracking the flow of materials and supplies from store/workshop to the site.

The condition of supplies, i.e. quality and quantity, must be checked upon delivery to ensure the goodsconform to the ordered specifications. Carry out improvement studies of Materials services.

Coordinate with Trade Field engineers and planners in scheduling and material logistic requirement.

Coordinate with requisitioner to ensure desired Materials objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Preparation of budgets, technical specifications for materials and services. Coordinate the interface between Materials functions such as procurement, transportation, and Material Management Section to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.

Must be able to multi-task and use a computer to ensure important data is captured, organized,
disseminated, and stored in a proper format.
