Job Description
- Define and manage project-wide quality KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Coordinate quality interfaces across EPC packages and disciplines
- Lead quality data management and reporting systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, lessons learned)
- Monitor Cost of Quality and performance trends, escalating key issues
- Develop and deploy quality culture and competency programs
- Govern digital tools and reporting processes supporting quality and performance
- Act as interface with headquarters for performance feedback and reporting
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
- ~20 years' experience in project quality, performance, or EPC environments
- Strong background in quality assurance systems and KPI management
- Experience on large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
- Strong communication and reporting skills in an international environment
