In which organization will you work as a Revamping Coordinator (M/F) ?

We are currently recruiting a Revamping Coordinator for one of our clients to lead and oversee the various phases of on-site work as part of repair and modernization projects for offshore oil structures in Angola.

Revamping Coordinator (M/F) : What will be your missions and responsibilities ?

Reporting to the project manager, you will be involved in the entire project lifecycle:

• Conduct offshore technical inspections to identify repair and modification needs for structures
• Define the scope of work and participate in the technical preparation of interventions
• Supervise the fabrication phases in collaboration with the technical teams
• Coordinate and monitor installation and repair operations at the offshore site
• Monitor project progress (quality, costs, deadlines)
• Develop and update execution schedules
• Participate in meetings with the client and provide regular reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to ensure proper execution of the work
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and quality requirements

What profile and skills are required for this Revamping Coordinator (M/F) position ?

• You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or a related field
• You have proven experience (more than 10 years) in supervising on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing interfaces, ideally in the offshore and/or oil & gas sector
• You have a strong command of steel structure design and solid knowledge of welding, particularly in reading and understanding WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
• Professional-level English and French required (for communication with clients and international teams). Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
