Planning Engineer (M/F) : What will be your missions and responsibilities ?
As a Planning Engineer (M/F), you will work on a carbon capture project in the FEED phase. Reporting to the Planning Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
- Updating the Level 3 master schedule (in Primavera P6) for the FEED phase
- Assisting in the development of the project's overall EPC schedule
- Resourcing the schedule using the Earned Value Method
- Drafting associated explanatory notes: assumptions, identification of interfaces, resources, the critical path, risks, and opportunities...
- Ensuring schedule control: progress tracking, forecasting, scenario analysis, schedule monitoring, and interface management
- Proposing preventive measures to ensure objectives are met or corrective actions in the event of confirmed delays
- Participating in the preparation of internal and external reports
- Participating in internal progress meetings and meetings with the Client
What profile and skills are required for this Planning Engineer (M/F) position?
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a scheduling engineer on projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors (pharmaceuticals, energy, etc.)
- You have a solid understanding of the sequences and interfaces between the design, procurement, construction contracting, and construction phases
- You are proficient in the Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling tools, as well as Office applications (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.)
- You have a professional level of English and French
