Short Description

The Reclamation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating reclamation activities on site in Cuxhaven, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and environmental regulations.

Function Description

The role involves monitoring productivity, quality, and progress, with regular reporting to the Project Manager. A strong focus is placed on enforcing HSE procedures and promoting a proactive safety culture. The supervisor acts as a key point of contact between vessel crews, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, while identifying and resolving operational issues or deviations. In addition, the role includes maintaining accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation, as well as supporting inspections, meetings, and coordination with clients and authorities when required.
