Repair, Lifecycle and Field Operations at Vestas focuses on refurbishing defective (DEF) components to high-quality standards, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainability. Repair Processes include repairing main components such as gearboxes, generators, blades, main shafts, and nacelles, as well as spare parts for service contracts and the aftermarket. You will work as part of a dedicated team of employees that are working on assignments in many different locations in Denmark and around the world.
Responsibilities
You will be the Team Leader to a team of 23 Travelling Blade Technicians with the following areas of responsibility:
Qualifications
A key aspect of the role will be intercultural interaction hence you will engage in cross-border international dialogues. This will involve some challenges but should also provide you with an interesting learning experience. The role features many complex aspects which will make each working day a real adventure.

Responsibilities
You will be the Team Leader to a team of 23 Travelling Blade Technicians with the following areas of responsibility:
- Part of project and resource planning of manpower
- Recruit, motivate and retain an increasing group of technicians
- Ensure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are followed
- Ensure all training plans are up to date and aligned with the needs
- Approving time registrations and travel expenses
- Provide the necessary governance and systems to ensure compliance with Vestas's policies and contractual obligations e.g. ensure that all local agreement is in compliant and implemented
- You should always be promoting a safe working culture and in accordance with the Vestas safety values.
Qualifications

- Experience as Team leader and remote leadership can be an advantage
- A good prerequisite could also be if you are working as Site Manager, Lead Supervisor
- Experience and knowledge from working with turbine blades
- Proficient in English and Danish both written and verbally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and IT in general
- Willing to make overtime to comply with the Global Scale of the support and the stakeholders time zones
