We are looking for a new member to join the High Voltage Switchgear Engineering team in Brno on Vídeňská for the newly opened position of Engineering Group Leader.

We welcome candidates who already have experience in leading a team in the field of engineering. Do you enjoy finding technical solutions, moving things forward and can you also motivate others? What will your task be:

• Leading and developing a team of engineers in the professions of electrical, mechanical design and protection programming

• Responsibility for planning, managing and evaluating the team's work, including meeting deadlines, quality and capacities

• Responsibility for team results, project deliveries and technical solutions

• Cooperation with other team leaders within engineering to coordinate activities and share capacities

• Close cooperation with technical support, software support and the engineering capacity planner

• Support for standardization, process improvement and team work efficiency

Who are we looking for:

• A person with experience in engineering or project management

• Education in the field of electrical/mechanical engineering is an advantage

• Knowledge of teamwork, motivation, team results

• Experience in managing people or projects

• Czech/English at a communicative level (daily communication - written and telephone), min. B2.
