We are looking for a new position of Engineering Capacity Planner for the High Voltage Switchgear Engineering department in Brno on Vídeňská. We are looking for someone who can connect technical teams, align their capacities with project priorities and ensure that everything runs efficiently and without unnecessary delays. We are looking for a key partner for our experienced team leaders and project management. Someone who wants to significantly contribute to how we successfully implement orders for customers around the world in ️️️.

What will your task be:

• Overview and planning of engineering team capacities (electrical, mechanical design, protection programming)

• Creation and updating of short-term and medium-term capacity plans in connection with projects and priorities

• Coordination of engineer workload and balancing capacities between individual teams and professions

• Close cooperation with engineering team leaders in planning work, priorities and resource availability

• Cooperation with technical support and software support from the perspective of planning and capacity allocation

• Monitoring the fulfillment of plans, reporting capacities and supporting the improvement of planning processes

Who are we looking for:

• A person with experience in the field of planning, engineering or project management

• University education in electrical or mechanical engineering is an advantage

• Knowledge of planning tools, PowerBi, advanced knowledge of Excel a requirement

• Experience in planning or project management

• Czech and English at a communicative level (daily communication - written and telephone), min. B2.

• Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
