We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the energy sector, an Industrial Painting & Heat-Insulation Specialist (M/F), who will be based in Lyon metropolitan area.

Industrial Painting & Heat-Insulation Specialist (M/F) : What will be your missions and responsibilities ?

As an Industrial Painting & Heat-Insulation Specialist (M/F), you will join the Materials team within an Engineering department and be responsible for activities related to insulation (hot and cold insulation, etc.) and painting of equipment and materials installed at various construction sites, from design through to full on-site implementation.

You will work on various types of equipment (pressure vessels, industrial piping, etc.) in a variety of environments (onshore/offshore projects, FEED, or EPC).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Draft specifications for insulation and painting
• Review bids from suppliers and contractors
• Propose technical improvements to reduce costs
• Prepare quantity surveys for insulation and painting
• Provide your expertise to support projects and construction sites

What profile and skills are required for this Industrial Painting & Heat-Insulation Specialist (M/F) position?

• You have significant experience (at least 8-10 years) in the field of insulation and painting
• You have a solid understanding of current international standards, norms, and codes
• You are proficient in Smart Plant Material and Microsoft Office
• You have advanced French and English proficiency
