Function Description

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the commercial success: coordinating tenders, shaping compelling responses, and making sure our client presents their best work every time.

What you will be doing:

• Leading and coordinating the end-to-end tender process
• Translating client requirements into clear, well-structured proposals
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather the right input
• Managing timelines, deadlines, and ensuring everything stays on track
• Reviewing and improving tender content to keep it sharp and competitive
• Keeping an eye on tender portals and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

We would love to get connected if this sounds like you:

• Over 3 years experience in tendering, bids, proposals, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills, you like structure and clarity
• A natural communicator who can align different stakeholders
• Comfortable working with deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, but always keeping the bigger picture in mind

It is a plus if you bring:

• Proactive mindset- You do not wait, and you move things forward
• Attention to details
• Fluency in Dutch
