Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Local Business Line Service & Digital under the Marine & Ports Division, within the Automation Business Area, based in Busan, South Korea.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements.
  • Provides general administrative with local division level and operational support, including NPR and sales order processing, office and logistics management, customer and system data management, internal/external support, and I‑Process proxy/seal handling.
  • Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement.
  • Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support.
  • Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications for the role
  • Highly skilled in administrative, project support, SAP, billing, invoicing, NPR/PR+ processes, and documentation management, and enjoy working within the service and project-based business environment
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Marine & Ports Service or related fields
  • Experience in Service Support Specialist or Project Support role, supporting billing, project reviews, internal systems, and customer-facing activities
  • Proficiency in SAP, I‑Process, IPM, and enterprise documentation and reporting systems
  • Customer-oriented and collaborative, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Business level in verbal and written English and native in Korean
