TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking a Graduate Reporting & Planning Analyst to support integrated activity planning, cost monitoring, and performance reporting for offshore operations. This role provides strong exposure to operational planning, budgeting processes, and cross-functional collaboration, offering an excellent foundation for a career in upstream energy operations.

Activities

Your Impact

As a Graduate Reporting & Planning Analyst, you will:

  • Support Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of short-, mid-, and long-term activity plans across 2-Year, 4-Month, 5-Week, and 2-Week horizons.
  • Assist the Reporting & Planning team in coordinating inputs from multiple discipline owners to ensure aligned and feasible activity schedules.
  • Support OPEX and CAPEX cost tracking, including monitoring budget utilisation and aligning costs between Work Program & Budget (WPB) and internal company frameworks.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting activities during budget campaigns under the guidance of senior planners and analysts.
  • Perform preliminary data checks, analysis, and reporting to support cost optimisation, value-for-money assessments, and planning reviews.
  • Assist in ensuring personnel mobilisation and activity readiness by supporting safety and pre-mobilisation documentation for offshore operations.
  • Uphold HSSE requirements, data accuracy, and compliance standards in all planning and reporting activities.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline; engineering, technical, or analytical fields are preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of planning tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Primavera or similar planning tools will be an added advantage.
