Job Description

Prepare detailed tender programme in accordance with tender requirements

Prepare manpower and equipment schedules in close collaboration with Tender Manager / Cost Estimator

Work closely with the cost estimator in preparing the schedule on the duration, equipment and manpower

Update tender schedule onto the online data base on regular basis

Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers on the procurement and construction durations and ensure to be in line with the tender milestone requirements and highlight when we are not complying

Understand tender/contractual conditions, scope & obligations (including estimation basis)

Understand project execution plan, work breakdown structure (WBS), activity sequence, priorities and planning logics & constraints

Assist in the preparation of Project Planning Package and Project Specific Project Control Procedure

Measure actual progress and monitor against planned

Assist in periodic issuance of updated planning package, progress reports, monitoring package & production control tools in co-ordination and communication with various executing parties (Engineering, Procurement, Yards, Offshore and PMT)

Regular site visits for progress follow up

Process and analyse planning & project control related data

Identify potential problems and areas of concern
