VP of Origination Job Description

Pay Rate: $310,000 per annum

Job Description:

The VP of Origination will be responsible for leading the origination team in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities. This role will require strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the financial markets, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in origination or investment banking
• Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing and executing new business opportunities
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
